France Honors Ingrid Betancourt With Legion of Honour

Former Colombian hostage Ingrid Betancourt, who recently returned to France, received her country’s highest award of Legion of Honour on July 14. Ms. Betancourt, who survived six years in captivity, looked lovely in a layered indigo dress as she stood by her daughter. I am happy for her, and hope she has a peaceful, happy life with her family going forward.
