Eternally youthful Meg Ryan looked fabulous at the premiere of “The Women” in Westwood, California on September 4. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith were the power couple in dark gray tones, Annette Bening was fetching in red, and accompanied by hubby Warren Beatty in white.
